Sales Agreement Terms

General:

HammerZone.com will display advertising banner(s) in exchange for cash payment, according to the agreed-upon advertising sales plan.

The maximum agreement duration is six months, unless special arrangements have been made.

Banner Density: HammerZone.com will make a good-faith effort to keep ad banners in articles separated vertically by at least 4 inches, when viewed on a screen with normal resolution.

Changing banners:

For each $100 purchase, during the agreement time:

• We will move the banner location up to 4 times at your request.
• We will change the banner graphic up to 4 times at your request.
• Request must be in writing, e-mail preferred.
• HammerZone.com will make the changes within five business days of the request.

Payment:

HammerZone.com will submit an invoice by e-mail to the marketing contact person, or to a designated billing person.

Payment is due within 15 days of receipt of invoice.

Cancellations and Refunds:

The purchaser may cancel their advertising agreement at any time and receive a refund for unused months.

• A processing fee of $25 will be deducted from the refund
• After a month (or a monthly billing cycle) has begun, refunds will not be given for that month. (In other words, we are not going to compute refunds on fractions of months.)
• Setup fees and graphic design charges are not refundable.

HammerZone.com may cancel the agreement if:

• Payment is not received on time.
• Necessary marketing materials, such as banner graphics, are not received in a timely manner.
• A significant portion of our audience complains that your web pages contain objectionable or deceitful material.

Terminology:

Ad Banner-month: One full-size advertising banner, 468x60 pixels in size, placed on one of our pages for one month.
